1How early should I order my cake?
Most cakes need 24 hours. Wedding and custom cakes need up to 3 days. The checkout page always shows the earliest date available for the cakes in your cart.
2Can I write a message on the cake?
Yes. Open any cake, type your message (up to 40 characters) in "Message on cake" and add it to your cart.
3Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver to the areas listed at checkout. Delivery is free above the amount shown at checkout. You can also pick up from a branch for free.
4How can I pay?
Pay by cash, KNET or card on delivery or pickup, or ask for an online payment link which we send on WhatsApp.
5Do you have eggless cakes?
Yes. Look for the green "Eggless" tag on the cake.
6Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number as early as possible. Changes are not possible once baking has started.
